1.- How much is the cost to place an advert?

Placing an advert is totally free of charge. Estate agents and private people can place adverts free of charge.
To place a free advert you have to Create an user

2.- How many adverts can I place?

You can place all the adverts you wish, with an exception only:
It is forbidden duplicating adverts, meaning, you cannot place more then one advert for the same property.

3.- How can I place an advert?

In order to place an advert you need to:

  1. Create an user account.
  2. Signing in with an e-mail and a password.
  3. Go to the section 'Your advert' placed on top of the page .

4.- What does the advert is yet to be validate mean?

To keep a high standard of quality before validating any adverts, we verify that all information have been correctly placed.
The adverts are validate not later than 24 hours. Once validate the advert will appear in the web.

5.- How can I modify an advert?

To modify an advert:

  1. Signing in with your e-mail and password.
  2. Go to the section 'your adverts' placed on top of the page.
  3. Select the option 'modify' the advert you want to amend. (icono lápiz)

6.- How can I cancel an advert?

To cancel an advert:

  1. Signing in with your e-mail and password.
  2. Go to the section 'your adverts' placed on top of the page.
  3. Select the option 'Cancel' of the advert you want to delete.(icono papelera)

7.- How long the adverts last and how can I renew them?

The adverts placed in the web last 2 months .Once this time pass by, the advert expires although you can renew it free of charge.
You can renew an advert individually by selecting the option 'renew' in the section 'Your adverts', alternatively, you can renew all the adverts by using the option 'renew all'

8.- How can I modify the data in my account?

To modify the data you put in at moment of subscription, you have to:

  1. Signing in with your e-mail and password.
  2. Go to the section 'Your data'.
  3. Modify the data you want to change by typing your password (for security reasons)

9.- How can I get in touch with the advertiser in case there is not the telephone number?

Some advertisers may prefer not leaving the telephone number but the e-mail address only. In this case you can get in touch with them through the form placed on the bottom of the advert .

10.- I forgot my password, what can i do?

In case you forgot your password with which you signed up, no worries, we will send it to your e-mail by filling in the following form
